Results may vary depending on:

• The previous interview

Nettoyage Danfour cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains.

Initial state of the surfaces

Exterior surfaces may have pre-existing deterioration, including:

• wear and tear due to time

In some cases, cleaning can reveal those blemishes that were previously masked by dirt accumulation. Nettoyage Danfour cannot be held responsible for damage related to the pre-existing condition of the surfaces.

The customer must ensure that the intervention areas are accessible and safe at the time of work.

This includes in particular:

• access to surfaces to be cleaned
• access to a water source if required
• the absence of obstacles preventing the execution of the work

Any unforeseen conditions may cause work or costs to be adjusted.

We pay particular attention to the protection of surrounding elements such as:

• vegetation
• outdoor furniture
• sensitive coatings
• doors and windows

The customer remains responsible for removing or securing any fragile or valuable object located near the intervention areas.

Meteorological conditions

External work depends on the weather conditions. Nettoyage Danfour reserves the right to postpone an intervention if the weather conditions do not allow the work to be carried out safely or optimally. In such a case, a new appointment will be scheduled.

Estimates and valuations

The estimates are based on information available at the time of the evaluation. Some unforeseen conditions may be discovered during the procedure, including:

• significant accumulation of debris
• faulty installations
• access more complex than expected
• deterioration of materials

In these situations, adjustments to the work or to the costs may be necessary.
