Interventions

Building gutters, downspouts and drainage

Gutters and drainage systems play an essential role in building protection. Partial obstructions can compromise water flow and result in costly infiltrations.

Field context

Systems that are often overlooked until the problem arises

Systems that are often overlooked until the problem arises

Rainfall systems are often overlooked until a problem occurs. Leaves, samaras and pine needles accumulate, the mud is compacted and organic deposits gradually obstruct the flow. Inefficient wire fences, partially blocked descents, or invisible obstructions on flat roofs worsen the situation. An obstruction, even partial, is sufficient to compromise the normal flow of the storm system.

Observed issues

These situations increase the risks of backflow and infiltration around the building.

These situations affect the appearance as well as the safety of traffic areas.

Interventions carried out

Technical control of rainwater systems

Each intervention is adjusted according to the real configuration of the building.

Before/after gallery

Examples of transformations observed:

Before/after comparisons illustrating interventions carried out on:

Before
After
Gutter downspout obstructed → drainage restored

Full clearance to ensure water evacuation.

Before
After
Accumulated pine needles → gutter clear

Debris removal for optimal flow.

Before
After
Compact accumulation under wire fence → clear gutter

Removal of deposits for effective drainage.

Our approach

What distinguishes our intervention

Each intervention begins with a complete reading of the rainwater system in order to identify areas of accumulation and critical points. The intervention is then carried out in a safe manner, including the high sections. The flow is checked all the way to the ground, with attention paid to the overall drainage of the building. This approach helps to restore efficient and functional flow.
