Coatings that require an adapted approach

Facade coatings are often exposed to various pollutants and environmental wear and tear. Organic, atmospheric, or mineral deposits accumulate, aluminium oxidation occurs, and pollution combined with water flows progressively tarnishes surfaces. Lichen or certain climbing plants can also settle there, while too aggressive cleaning weakens the finishes. Understanding the nature of the coating is essential before any intervention.

Observed issues

Frequently encountered situations

These situations affect the appearance as well as the safety of traffic areas.

Interventions carried out

Mastery of materials and respect for finishes

Each intervention is adjusted in order to obtain a coherent result throughout the development.

Before/after gallery

Examples of observed transformations

Before/after comparisons illustrating interventions carried out on:

Before
After
Stubborn carbon stains on vinyl facade → uniformity regained

Targeted treatment to reduce persistent stains.

Before
After
Tarnished acrylic coating → uniformity regained

Gentle cleaning respecting the finish of the coating.

Before
After
Vinyl siding tarnished by atmospheric deposits → revived finish

Wash adapted to the material.

Our approach

What distinguishes our intervention

Each intervention begins with a prior analysis of the material in order to assess the condition and sensitivity of the coating. The method is then adapted to respect the finishes, preserve the colors and avoid any alteration. An overall aesthetic vision of the building guides the intervention in order to ensure a uniform and harmonious result. This approach makes it possible to intervene effectively while maintaining the integrity of the materials.

Does your facade have persistent stains or a tarnished appearance?

An evaluation makes it possible to identify the material and the appropriate intervention method.
